Days: (Apply online only) Mon-Thurs; (Apply online only) Fri. There isn t a regular shift pattern but there are afternoon shifts this is roughly 2 weeks in every 6-8 weeks. What you will be doing As a Machine Setter, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient setup and operation of automatic production machines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You ll work as part of a dedicated team, supporting continuous improvement and adhering to strict safety protocols to deliver precision-engineered components reliably and efficiently. Learn to set and operate production machinery. Support skilled Machine Setters with daily production. Carry out machine changeovers and minor adjustments.
