No previous experience in fire safety is needed. We will teach you. What you will be doing from day one Managing the engineers'' diaries and making sure the right person is on the right job with the right kit. Booking in planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts. Answering the phone to clients and sorting out what they need. Sending out service reports and certificates. Keeping our job management system,-accurate so our records and invoicing hold up. It is a busy desk. Engineers ring in from site, clients ring in with problems, and you are the person who makes it work.
