Trainee Senior Carer Chester We re currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Trainee Senior Carer to join our team on a 16-hour per week contract. This hybrid role combines hands-on care delivery with office-based compliance tasks, giving you valuable experience to develop into a full salaried Senior Carer role. You ll be supporting our customers across Cheshire West and Flintshire, and working alongside a professional and supportive team that values high standards and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity Support, guide, and mentor new care staff to uphold best practices Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and care standards Maintain accurate records including care plans and compliance documentation Work collaboratively with the management team to support day-to-day operations What We re Looking For: Driving: Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle Availability: Able to commit to alternate weekends Experience: Previous homecare experience, ideally with some responsibility or senior exposure Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, but not essential Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a natural ability to guide and support others Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC and or CIW regulations and care quality standards Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, friendly and proactive What We Offer: ..... full job details .....
