The Trainee Sales Manager Role:
You’ll start by gaining a strong foundation in customer engagement, product knowledge, and campaign delivery. As you develop, you’ll move into a leadership role where you’ll coach others, help manage performance, and support campaign strategy.
You’ll receive structured, hands-on training across:
- Sales and client communication
- Public speaking and presentation
- Team leadership and coaching
- Campaign planning and performance tracking
- Business development and professional conduct
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in face-to-face campaigns across Leeds
- Learn and apply sales strategies to meet individual and team targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term rapport
- Work toward weekly performance goals and KPIs
- Attend regular leadership workshops and coaching sessions
- Begin mentoring and supporting new team members
- Progress into management with people and campaign responsibilities
