We''re recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing Gloucestershire business that is expanding its sales team. Full training is provided, so attitude, communication skills and ambition are more important than previous sales experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Speaking with prospective and existing customers
• Building strong business relationships
• Understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
• Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to completion
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Learning valuable sales and negotiation skills

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telesales or a telephone based role would be advantageous but is not essential.
