Trainee Sales Executive

As Trainee Sales Executive you will be joining a global brand leader. With a bespoke training programme, you will be learning all about the product, delivering exceptional customer service and excelling in sales along with running a profitable retail centre. This role is all about developing business opportunities, managing and building relationships. Based in St. Albans this role is full time and permanent, Mon to Fri offering a starting salary of circa 27,500 and an OTE of 32,000.Key Accountabilities for the Trainee Sales Executive:Drive your self-development by engaging with the training programmeUndertake retail and customer service activities within the companies shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfactionIdentifying and researching new business leadsGrow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm callingVisiting customers weeklyManage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policiesAssisting customers with sales, queries and after sales serviceConduct stock takes as requestedRe-stocking/replenishing itemsUnderstand the range of company productsAdministration of sales orders receivedAdminister any returnsHandle parts enquiriesAttend training, meetings and company events onsite and at head officeSkills and attributes required for the Trainee Sales Executive:Excellent customer service skillsAmbitious, proactive and drivenKeen interest in your own self developmentAbility to build relationships with ..... full job details .....
