Trainee Sales Assistant Location: Southampton Job Type: Full-Time Immediate Start Available Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing Southampton-based organisation looking for enthusiastic Trainee Sales Assistants to join their face-to-face charity fundraising and sales team. No previous sales, fundraising, or customer service experience needed - full training provided from day one. What you''ll do: Engage members of the public face-to-face in your local community. Represent well-known charities, sharing their mission and impact. Build rapport, answer questions, and guide new supporters through sign-up. Work towards individual and team sales targets. What we''re looking for: Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator. Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. Comfortable in a customer-facing, target-driven, sales role. Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, leisure, healthcare, education, or graduates all welcome. What you''ll get: Full training, ongoing coaching, and career progression. Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
