The ideal candidate will be a college leaver with experience using SAP, ERP or any other CRM systems alike, while being based in or commutable to Haydock.

This Role:

• Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client information accurately.
• Prepare and update sales reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support team decision-making.
• Coordinate sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing with precision.
• Provide customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations in Microsoft Word, and organizing files.

The Person:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Commutable to Haydock
