You''ll be working alongside experienced recruiters, learning how to build relationships with clients and candidates, develop your own market and ultimately run your own recruitment desk. What you''ll be doing: - Speaking with candidates and understanding their career plans - Building relationships with new and existing clients - Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and our database - Managing interviews, offers and recruitment processes - Developing your own network and client base - Working towards clear targets with plenty of support along the way What we''re looking for: Someone confident, personable and comfortable picking up the phone.
