The Role:

*Full training to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant within Rise Education
*Learn sales, negotiation, influencing and business development
*Develop relationships with colleges, universities and specialist training providers across the UK
*Identify and develop new business opportunities
*Build and develop your own specialist client base
*Source, interview and represent high-quality candidates
*Understand what genuinely motivates people and help them make the right career move
*Manage the complete recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
*Become an expert within your specialist market
*Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential
*Continuous training, coaching and career development
