We''re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. If you''ve got a background in sales and you''re looking for a role with real earning potential and clear progression, we''d like to hear from you.

What you''ll be doing

• Developing a client base within a specialist area of the IT market
• Headhunting and engaging candidates through a range of sourcing methods
• Running end-to-end recruitment processes - from taking a brief to closing a placement
• Managing your own pipeline and working towards targets

What we''re looking for

• 6+ months in a sales or customer-facing role
• Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
• Motivated by earning potential
• Confident communicator at all levels
• Looking to progress quickly and take ownership of your career

• Up to 35% uncapped commission
