Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an ambitious person to join a fast-growing team as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT within the logistics-sector in our-Luton office.-

Fully paid training will be provided, so no previous experience is required.

We are looking for-individuals eager to develop and build a career in the recruitment sector, as such, you-will have all the-training and support that is needed, to enable you to grow and build a promising career.

You will learn how to-develop and manage a competitive-recruitment portfolio, building strong and long lasting-client and candidate relationships whilst-growing within your specialist market.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing new business and growing client accounts

• Building relationships with transport managers and key decision-makers

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates

• Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment proces

• Driving revenue growth across your desk

Working hours:-

• Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM

• Weekend work will be required (on rotation)
