The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop into a successful recruitment professional.

You''ll learn how to identify top graduate talent, build strong candidate relationships, and support businesses in finding the right people for their teams.

Recruitment is a people-focused sales role that offers genuine career progression, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to make a real difference to candidates careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage graduate candidates through various recruitment channels
• Qualify candidates through telephone and video interviews
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within assigned markets
• Write and advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
• Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate CRM records
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop market knowledge and build expertise within your sector
• Build relationships with clients and hiring managers
• Assist experienced consultants with live recruitment assignments
• Work towards agreed activity and performance targets

As your experience develops, you will progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role where you will manage client accounts, generate new business, and oversee the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
