What You''ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you''ll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with driving and logistics candidates to understand their skills and career goals
• Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face
• Developing new business opportunities through sales activity and networking
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and workers
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Working towards and exceeding recruitment and sales targets
• Building strong relationships within the transport and logistics sector
• Supporting the full recruitment journey from registration through to placement

• The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
