Recruitment consultant needed to support our growing business. 26,000 - 32,000 DOE with a very attractive bonus package! IRS are specialist supplier of temporary and contracted labour solutions into a wide variety of industries and we are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and positive candidate to join our new office team as an all-round recruiter. IRS will provide you with all of the necessary tools, including a new Laptop and smartphone to complete your duties, as well as on the job training with the business owners to provide a first-class service to our candidates and clients. This job requires candidates like no-other, positive attitude is a MUST! This job will be busy and fast paced - you duties will vary from day to day and you will be required to manage different tasks in order of priority so some time-management skills would be advantageous. Duties to include Driving sales Filling shifts with suitable candidates Booking in staff into the office to register Manage and grow existing relationships Comply with all right to work protocols HAVE FUN WHILST DOING YOUR JOB Ideal candidate MUST have a drivers license and access to own vehicle - all expenses would be compensated.
