• Match educators and support staff with schools across London

• Conduct candidate searches, interviews, and placements

• Build and manage relationships with schools and teaching professionals

• Craft engaging candidate profiles and CVs

• Work towards clear goals and earn commission for every successful placement

• Establish yourself as a go-to recruitment expert in the education sector

We''re Looking For People Who:

• Have experience in teaching, sales, customer service, or fast-paced roles

• Are confident, resilient, and focused on building a long-term career

• Communicate well and are highly organised

• Care about making a difference in education

• Hold a degree (preferred but not essential-full training provided)
