The Role

• Recruit and place teachers & support staff into Manchester schools

• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• Source talent through advertising, networking & interviews

• Write stand-out CVs and candidate profiles

• Achieve realistic targets & earn commission from day one

• Develop expertise in the education recruitment sector

What We''re Looking For

• Graduates, ex-teachers, or professionals from sales, estate agency, customer service, or call centres

• Confident, resilient, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Target-driven and passionate about education

• A degree is advantageous but not essential - full training provided
