Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to support the delivery of temporary staffing solutions across the industrial sector. This hybrid role combines recruitment delivery, client service, and commercial performance. You''ll be key to managing client accounts, fulfilling staffing requirements, and contributing to business growth through placements and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Resourcing & Onboarding: Identify, attract, and onboard suitable candidates to meet client needs.
Client Service & Account Delivery: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their staffing requirements are met effectively.
Sales Support & Commercial Engagement: Support sales activity and gain exposure to commercial operations including gross profit and billing.
Interview & Booking Coordination: Organise and manage candidate interviews, assessments, and placements.
Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate records and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by:
Volume and quality of candidate onboarding
Client engagement and satisfaction
Number of interviews and assessments booked
Successful placements made
Weekly/monthly gross profit generated
What We''re Looking For
6-12 months'' experience in a high-paced, target-led environment (e.g. recruitment, sales, retail, logistics).
A passion for customer service and a strong interest in developing a career in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a confident and professional attitude.
Strong organisational abilities with good attention to detail and time management.
Commercial awareness and a willingness to learn about recruitment metrics and financial performance.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, or the flexibility to travel to client sites when needed.
Desirable: Knowledge of transport or industrial sectors, depending on the desk applied for.
Working Hours & Salary
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
(Flexibility required to meet business demands.)Salary: Up to -27,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
