Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Reading - -25,000 per annum + uncapped commission

We''re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team placing Engineering professionals into permanent roles. You don''t need prior recruitment experience - just at least 1 year of proven sales success, plenty of ambition, and the confidence to build strong relationships.

What you''ll be doing:

• Building relationships with clients across the Engineering sector
• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates for permanent roles
• Managing the full recruitment cycle - from initial contact through to offer stage
• Working towards targets

What we''re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year sales experience (any industry - telesales, retail, B2B, etc.)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A results driven attitude with resilience and ambition
• Eagerness to learn and develop into a specialist Recruitment Consultant
