Key Responsibilities:

• Start in a 180 recruitment role, focusing on candidate generation and supporting the recruitment process.
• Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment market.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews, market research, and candidate sourcing.
• Progress quickly into a 360 recruitment consultant role, managing the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not essential.
