Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Purpose of the Role The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will support the recruitment team in delivering high-quality recruitment services to clients and candidates. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, placing, and supporting temporary and contract workers whilst developing knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and client service standards. This is an entry-level position designed to provide training and development within recruitment, with opportunities to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role. Main Responsibilities Candidate Attraction and Recruitment Assist with advertising vacancies across job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels Source and identify suitable candidates for temporary and contract vacancies Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews Register candidates on the company CRM and maintain accurate records Obtain references and ensure all candidate documentation is completed Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities Candidate Management Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process Ensure candidates are fully briefed on job roles, responsibilities, locations, rates of pay, and client expectations Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback to candidates Support candidate onboarding and ..... full job details .....
