This is a sales-driven role where you''ll build your reputation as a trusted partner to existing clients while driving new business growth and relationships.

Your Role:- Generate new business through proactive B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach- Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their preferred recruitment partner through regular reviews and on-site meetings- Write job adverts and use social media to attract top talent- Source candidates via job boards and conduct interviews- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal compliance- Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
