Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Ignite Recruitment are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Ignite are one of, if not the fastest growing agencies in construction recruitment.

We are looking for candidates that come from sales backgrounds (e.g. telesales, lettings , car sales) or construction backgrounds.

Base pay is -23K with first year on target earnings between -32-38K.-Our UNCAPPED commission scheme is market leading paying up to 30% !!

A 360 recruiter in construction recruitment manages the full recruitment lifecycle. They build and maintain relationships with both construction companies and skilled professionals. Their role includes business development, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful placements.
