• Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings: Year 1: -35K45K, Year 2: -50K70K, Year 3: -100K+

The Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates: from taking job briefings to delivering interview feedback
• Use a variety of business development techniques to identify and approach new clients with tailored recruitment solutions
• Source, qualify, and present candidates to clients across the EU
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist market
• Share insights with colleagues and contribute to overall team success
• Work in established engineering sectors while also spotting new opportunities to grow your desk

• No experience required - full training provided
• Sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus
• Strong communicator with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset

• Based in or relocating to Cardiff
