We''re expanding our Halifax office and are looking for a driven, confident Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you''re already working in Education recruitment, or come from a sales, customer service or hospitality background, we''d love to hear from you - we offer full cross-sector training.

What you''ll be doing:

• Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
• Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines
• Arranging interviews and managing placements
• Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

What we''re looking for:

• Experience in sales, customer service or hospitality
• Great relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
• A proactive, driven, and resilient mindset
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
