Peabody is seeking a compassionate and motivated Trainee Recovery Worker to support people living in specialist housing services who are working towards recovery from substance use. This is a structured development opportunity, providing training and hands-on experience to help you progress into a qualified Recovery Worker role within 12 months. Key Responsibilities Support customers with housing, health, finances and daily living. Encourage engagement with recovery and treatment services. Build positive, trusting relationships and motivate individuals to achieve their goals. Help develop person-centred recovery plans. Support case management alongside experienced Recovery Workers. Follow safeguarding and risk management procedures. About You Passionate about supporting people to make positive changes. Strong communication and basic IT skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Resilient, empathetic and willing to learn.
