Trainee Quality Control Operative Quality Control Operative QC Operative Quality InspectorRedruth 12.90 per Hour 8am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday 28 Paid Hours per WeekIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting a Trainee Quality Control Operative to join a manufacturing team in Redruth.The overall goal of the Quality Control role is to prevent incorrectly made products from being sent to customers, helping to maintain customer satisfaction and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.As a Quality Control Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring manufactured products are made to the correct specification and meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will also maintain product inspection records and assist in monitoring quality performance before products are dispatched.Previous Quality Control experience is an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.What We Offer 12.90 per hour starting pay.Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday.8am-3:30pm working hours.28 paid hours per week.30-minute unpaid lunch break.Full training provided.Supportive working environment.Opportunity to develop your Quality Control and manufacturing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesFinal Inspection:Carry out final inspection and verification of custom-made products before dispatch.Check dimensions against the required specification.Check colour against the customer specification.Check correct orientation, including Right (R) and Left (L).Check fastenings against the ..... full job details .....
