The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in commercial management. You''ll gain hands-on experience across a range of construction projects, working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you throughout your development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

• Supporting the measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings).

• Helping with interim valuations and final account preparation.

• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.

• Maintaining accurate records of work progress and costs.

• Learning to apply standard forms of contract such as JCT and NEC.

About You

• A genuine interest in construction and commercial management.

• Studying towards, or keen to enrol on, a Quantity Surveying degree or HNC/HND (training support available).

• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and a willingness to learn.
