This role involves shadowed field training alongside qualified surveyors, learning diagnostic methodologies, using specialist equipment, and preparing detailed survey reports for residential clients. Key Responsibilities Practical Learning: Shadow senior surveyors to learn diagnostic techniques for identifying rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation, woodworm, and dry/wet rot. Site Inspections: Assist with carrying out non-destructive moisture testing, sub-floor inspections, and structural assessments.
