Overview

We are offering a Trainee Property Manager role based in Brixton, London. This entry-level opportunity provides a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in property management, with a focus on professional development and career growth within Felicity J. Lord Estate Agents.Responsibilities

Booking and conducting property inspectionsNegotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewalsCo-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at propertiesDeposit returnsResolving rental arrearsProcessing eviction requestsEnsuring properties meet regulatory health and safety standardsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenantsManaging complaintsCompleting all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reportsJourney and Training

One week at the Spicerhaart Learning and Development CentreIndustry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessionsDay-to-day learning led by industry expertsFully-paid hotel stay for the duration of training at the Learning and Development CentreMeals provided during the stayRequirements and Qualifications

Passion, ambition, drive and a strong work ethicPositive mindset, solution-oriented and good communication skillsPeople skills, customer-focused, and resiliencyFull UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes (vehicle to be less than 10 years old)Full business-use car insurance (if selected for the role)Progression within the role may include a company carBenefits and Perks
