They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their business as a Trainee Property Executive.This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the property sector while gaining hands-on experience across acquisitions, property sourcing, administration, and portfolio management.The selected Trainee Property Executive will work closely with senior property professionals and receive comprehensive training in property investment, acquisitions, and management.Key Responsibilities for Trainee Property Executive:Identify and research potential property acquisition opportunitiesAssist with property valuations and investment appraisalsArrange property viewings, surveys, and appointmentsBuild and maintain relationships with agents, developers, and other industry contactsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondenceManage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangementsHandle incoming enquiries and general administrationMaintain accurate records and filing systemsSupport day-to-day business operations and project coordinationExperience Required of Trainee Property Executive:Strong interest in property, real estate, or investmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated with a proactive attitudeProfessional, confident, and ..... full job details .....
