      <description>Location: Somercotes | Salary: &amp;pound;12.71/hour | Type: Permanent | A well-established engineering company based in Alfreton is looking to recruit a Trainee Profile Blender to support the production of precision components. This hands-on role involves the use of abrasive belt machines to blend and finish metal parts, such as turbine blades.  This position requires excellent attention to detail and a steady hand, ideal for someone looking to step into the aerospace industry.   Key Responsibilities:   	 Operate abrasive belt machines to blend and finish metal components 	 Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency 	 Maintain a clean and safe working environment 	 Support wider production processes as needed    Requirements:   	 Experience using abrasive belt machines or working in a similar environment is desirable 	 Prior background in finishing, polishing or belt machine work is desirable 	 A steady hand and keen eye for detail are essential 	 Willingness to learn and work as part of a team   Join a growing company with great training and long-term potential.
