Key Responsibilities Permanent Night Shift Lead, motivate and support the night shift production team. Operate production machinery when required. Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. Monitor health and safety, housekeeping and workplace standards. Complete shift handovers and production documentation. Allocate labour to meet production demands. Support training and development of team members. Report machine performance and maintenance issues.
