We are looking for three reliable Trainee Production Operatives who are local to Rugby and confident using hand and power tools, to join a busy site in Rugby.

This role involves working on a production line, contributing to the manufacture of composite fire doors. Tasks may include fitting hinges, operating CNC machinery and using standard hand or power tools.

It''s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants long-term production work, is keen to build a career and values proper training and job security.

This role offers:

• 40 paid hours per week
