Trainee Production Manager

Trainee Production Manager We are recruiting for our prestigious client based in Rainham, Essex. This is an exciting new role, which has been created through company growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be mentored to become a Production Manager within the facility. It would ideally suit someone from a manufacturing background, but this is not essential, as attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn count for more! Purpose To undertake a structured development programme to gain full operational competence across all production departments, with the objective of progressing into a Production Management role. The role includes responsibility for Health and Safety coordination and requires the postholder to provide competent electrical cover for the Engineering Manager (electrical duties only) during periods of absence, ensuring safe and compliant operation of plant and equipment. The role reports to the Director of Operations and the Managing Director. THE CONTEXT The Company is the sole manufacturer of its branded product; this necessitates a highly flexible and talented team to manage the production and health of the assets used to produce the product.
