About the Role
This temporary Trainee Process Operative role in Tewkesbury suits someone reliable and methodical, keen to develop within food production. Experience in food production is ideal, but proactive candidates with precision and accuracy in fast-paced environments will be considered.

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing demands.
- The ability to study and pass a minimum of Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 HACCP; training and understand a hands-on technical role.
- Demonstrate effective communication including dealing directly with other departments, management and co-workers in a positive manner; maintaining high levels of commitment and motivation.
- Pro-active with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
