Full-Time | PAYE | £24,785–£26,000 per year

Are you a motivated plumbing professional at the start of your career and ready to grow with a supportive team? We’re looking for a proactive Plumber Trainee / 2nd Person to work alongside experienced Plumbers and Engineers, delivering high-quality service across domestic properties in Kent.

 The Role

You’ll support qualified engineers on a variety of installations and maintenance work while building your practical skills and experience. Duties include:

• Assisting with installation of cylinders and cold water storage tanks

• Supporting radiator installations

• Learning reactive maintenance and fault-finding

• Travelling across Kent to domestic job sites

• Working closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service

Full training will be provided, with clear progression opportunities to become a Plumbing Engineer for the right candidate.

 Requirements

• Formal Plumbing qualification

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (safe driving essential)

• Ideally some hands-on plumbing experience

• Team-focused approach and strong work ethic

• Must live within the working area
