You will support the planning team by assisting in developing and maintaining schedules that ensure smooth production flow. Working closely with various departments, your focus will be on enhancing process efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Assist in creating and updating production schedules and plans
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet deadlines
• Monitor and report on schedule progress and highlight any risks or issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to schedules and planning activities

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of production planning and be eager to develop further skills in a supportive environment. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

• Strong administrative skills
