You''ll play an important part in ensuring work is planned efficiently, and materials, resources, and production schedules are kept up to date.Duties will include:Supporting the Production Planning team with daily administrationUpdating production schedules and planning systemsMaintaining accurate records and documentationLiaising with internal departments, including Production, Stores, and PurchasingMonitoring work orders and production progressUsing computer systems to input and manage planning dataProviding general administrative support to the planning departmentAbout You; We''re looking for someone who is:Experienced in administrative rolesIdeally from an engineering or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systemsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailQuick to learn and able to pick up new systemsA good communicator who ..... full job details .....
