Trainee Parts Advisor

Job Introduction We are recruiting for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (1 hour lunch) and Saturdays 8.30 to 1pm on a rota basis. Excellent basic pay with a OTE of up to £32,000 plus benefits. A Parts Advisor is a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service and our customers. You will be directly involved in supplying Audiparts to the general public, trade customers and our own workshops. This role would perfectly suit a highly - motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service for one of the world''s leading car brands. Role and Responsibilities The work is diverse, and you''ll be working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving our customers.You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression.Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop ..... full job details .....
