Trainee Panel Beater / Panel Technician

- A keen interest in the automotive industry and vehicle body repair
- Level 3 NVQ Vehicle Accident Repair Body Principles (or equivalent)
- Some hands-on experience in a mechanical or body repair environment (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- A full UK driving licence

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Panel Beater in the Warwick area. Our Client has a requirement for a Trainee Panel Beater to join their bodyshop.

Our Client, an Automotive  Accident Repair Centre is seeking a Trainee Panel Beater / Panel Technician to complement their existing team of Panel Beaters.

What they require from the successful Trainee Panel Beater:

- A keen interest in the automotive industry and vehicle body repair
- Level 3 NVQ Vehicle Accident Repair Body Principles (or equivalent)
- Some hands-on experience in a mechanical or body repair environment (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- A full UK driving licence

Typical duties of a Trainee Panel Beater for our Client:

- Assisting in the removal, repair, and replacement of damaged vehicle panels
- Learning to use specialist tools and equipment for body repairs
- Preparing vehicles for refinishing, including sanding and priming
- Following manufacturer repair methods and safety procedures
- Supporting the team with general workshop duties
- Attending Jaguar Land Rover training courses to gain recognised qualifications

The salary of this Trainee Panel Beater role is up to £32,000.

As a Trainee Panel Beater for our client, you can expect to work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) no weekends.
