Trainee Paint Sprayer / Spray Applicator

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11) Pay: From £13.00 per hour + Overtime RatesWe are currently supporting a leading manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Trainee Paint Sprayer / Spray Applicator based in Evesham (WR11) .This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. You will receive hands-on training from highly experienced paint specialists, starting with preparation techniques and progressing to become a skilled paint sprayer. The Role As a Trainee Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include: Preparing items for spraying (cleaning, scraping, sanding as required) Assisting with and eventually carrying out spray-painting to a high standard Conducting quality inspections of finished products Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient production processes What We''re Looking For Strong communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail Previous manufacturing experience desirable (but not essential) No previous paint spraying experience required - full training provided.
