Job Title: Trainee Operations OfficerIndustry: Financial Services Location: Blackpool (Hybrid)Salary: £26,000 Reference Number: 10430 Recruit UK is partnering with a well-established financial services firm in the UK to recruit a Trainee Operations Officer to join their growing transfers team.As a Trainee Operations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and accurate movement of stock across multiple counterparties, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and in line with internal controls and industry standards.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end processing of stock movements, including registrations and transfers, ensuring accurate settlement across client and nominee accountsMonitor operational workflows and internal systems to track trade settlement, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with internal teams and external parties as requiredMaintain reconciliation processes and reporting controls, including reviewing stock positions, investigating breaks, and supporting ongoing operational improvements, testing, and procedural adherence.
