This role will assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care and other direct clinical tasks, under the supervision and guidance of the qualified nurse.Responsibilities

Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)Minimum 2 years\'' experience in Health and Social Care where you have been a Senior Carer or a similar position with leadership responsibilities especially around administering medicines and leading a shiftKnowledge and understanding of the person-led care planning process and the relevant legislative and regulatory requirementsSafeguarding is everyone\''s responsibility; able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if there are concerns; attendance at safeguarding training appropriate to the role and ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not takenBenefits
