Key responsibilities include: Monitoring servers, networks, applications, and backup systems. Identifying issues and escalating them in line with established procedures. Creating detailed support tickets within Jira. Performing proactive system checks using industry-leading monitoring tools. Logging and managing incidents accurately and efficiently.
