This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a manual, hands on or labouring background who is looking to learn a skilled trade and develop a long term career within the milling industry. No previous milling experience is required. Full training will be provided, including a structured Distance Learning Programme, so attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are key.   This is a traditional mill environment where much of the machinery is operated manually rather than being fully automated.
