Full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Learn how to operate and set up machinery used in metal fabrication and productionUse guillotines and press brakes to cut and shape sheet metalHelp fabricate components following technical drawingsUse hand tools (grinders, drills, jigsaws) as part of the production processWork from engineering drawings and manager instructionsSupport team members to meet production goals and deadlinesHelp with packing, dispatch, and loading when requiredMaintain tools and equipment, keeping your work area tidy and safeFollow all workshop safety and quality proceduresWhat We''re Looking For:Good basic maths skills (GCSE Grade 4 minimum or equivalent)Practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn new skillsStrong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to location)Any previous workshop, manufacturing, or technical experience is a bonus - but not essentialWhat''s in it for you?Salary 27K - 28K DOEFull training and ..... full job details .....
