As a Trainee Metal Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning to polish and finish a range of metals using hand and powered tools, including twin spindles
• Assisting with fettling and preparing components prior to final finishing
• Working on specialist components for the Marine industry and other sectors
• Developing an eye for surface quality against customer and industry expectations
• Building up to managing your own workload as skills progress

As a Trainee Metal Worker, your experience will include:

• No prior experience necessary, full training given
• A genuine interest in learning a hands-on trade
• Willingness to work with hand and powered tools
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Experience within Metal Finishing or Marine environments is advantageous but not essential
