Job Description: Trainee Mechanical Maintenance Engineer We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing manufacturing facility. The Role As a Trainee Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will assist the engineering team with planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of industrial production equipment and site services. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. Supporting experienced engineers with mechanical fault finding and repairs. Learning to maintain and repair pumps, gearboxes, motors, agitators, valves and associated equipment. Assisting with work on mechanical drives, bearings, seals and rotating equipment. Supporting the maintenance and installation of industrial pipework and associated fittings.
