You''ll help translate customer drawings and bills of material into clear manufacturing planning instructions for sheet metal and machined parts, sub-assemblies and top-level assemblies, supporting both military and commercial aircraft work. Key responsibilities Complete contract review for new and repeat orders. Interpret customer drawings, specifications, quality and regulatory requirements into a method of manufacture. Create manufacturing planning instructions, routings and bills of materials (BOMs). Plan manufacturing operations and sequences to achieve the most effective, economical method. Use the Kinetic MRP/ERP system to enter set & run times and create jobs (from customer POs/internal sales orders or MRP suggestions). Download/print job travellers and build accurate job packs (drawings, BOMs, COS, customer process sheets, etc.) for production.
